By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, placing a booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Scope of Services
Safe Packers and Movers may provide, depending on the customer's requirement and the agreed quotation:
Home and household shifting
Office and commercial relocation
Packing and unpacking
Loading and unloading
Bike and car transportation
Commercial and heavy goods shifting
Domestic relocation
International relocation
Warehousing and storage
B2B logistics solutions
Domestic and international courier services
E-commerce logistics solutions
The exact services included in a particular booking will be based on the quotation, service order or other mutually agreed arrangement.
3. Quotations and Estimates
All quotations are prepared based on the information provided by the customer.
The final charges may vary where there is a change in:
Quantity or volume of goods
Actual weight or dimensions
Pickup or delivery location
Floor level or access conditions
Distance or route
Packing requirements
Labour requirements
Vehicle requirements
Waiting time
Storage requirements
Additional services requested by the customer
Government taxes, tolls or other applicable charges
Any additional charge, wherever applicable, will be communicated to the customer as reasonably possible.
A quotation is subject to the terms, conditions, validity period and service scope specified in the quotation.
4. Customer's Responsibility to Provide Correct Information
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information regarding:
Pickup and delivery addresses
Contact details
Quantity of goods
Nature and description of goods
Approximate weight or dimensions, where known
Required service
Preferred moving date
Special handling requirements
Floor and access details
Any incorrect, incomplete or misleading information may affect the quotation, service arrangement, delivery schedule or applicable charges.
5. Packing Services
Where packing is included in the selected service, Safe Packers and Movers will use suitable packing materials and handling methods according to the nature of the goods and the agreed service.
Special, fragile, valuable or unusually shaped items may require additional packing or handling arrangements.
If the customer chooses to pack goods independently, the customer may remain responsible for the adequacy of such packing, subject to the applicable booking and insurance terms.
6. Loading, Unloading and Handling
Loading and unloading services will be provided according to the agreed quotation.
The customer must inform us in advance about conditions that may affect handling, including:
Stairs
Lift availability
Narrow entrances
Restricted access
Long carrying distances
Parking restrictions
Building restrictions
Height or vehicle-entry limitations
Additional labour, equipment or charges may apply where the actual site conditions differ materially from those provided at the time of quotation.
7. Transportation and Delivery
Delivery timelines are generally estimates and may depend on distance, route, traffic, weather, vehicle availability, local restrictions, operational conditions and other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
The customer should ensure that the delivery location is accessible and that an authorized person is available to receive the goods.
Where delivery cannot be completed because of customer-related circumstances, additional transportation, waiting, storage or re-delivery charges may apply.
8. Customer's Presence During Pickup and Delivery
The customer or an authorized representative should be available during pickup and delivery where required.
The customer is responsible for checking the condition and apparent quantity of the goods at the time of delivery and for reporting any visible issue promptly.
9. Prohibited and Restricted Goods
Customers must not offer for transportation any prohibited, illegal, dangerous or restricted goods without proper authorization and prior written approval.
Examples may include, subject to applicable law and transportation regulations:
Liquor / Alcohol / Beer / Wine / Spirits
Explosives and fireworks
Flammable substances
Illegal drugs or narcotic substances
Weapons and ammunition
Gas cylinders and hazardous gases
Toxic, corrosive or hazardous chemicals
Any illegal, restricted or prohibited goods
Any goods prohibited by applicable laws, government authorities or transportation regulations
The customer is responsible for accurately declaring the contents of the shipment.
If prohibited or undeclared restricted goods are discovered, Safe Packers and Movers may refuse, suspend, return or otherwise handle the shipment as permitted by applicable law and operational requirements.
Any resulting loss, penalty, detention, legal expense or additional cost arising from the customer's misdeclaration or concealment may be recoverable from the customer, subject to applicable law.
10. Valuable and Sensitive Items
Customers should inform Safe Packers and Movers in advance about valuable, fragile or sensitive items requiring special handling.
Customers are advised to personally carry important documents, cash, jewellery, precious metals, irreplaceable personal items and other highly valuable belongings wherever reasonably possible.
Safe Packers and Movers should not be assumed to have accepted such items for transportation unless they have been specifically declared and accepted under the applicable service terms.
11. Insurance / Transit Risk
Where applicable, transit insurance or carrier-risk protection may be available subject to the selected service and applicable charges.
The customer should clearly understand whether the booking is made under the applicable carrier-risk / insured arrangement or owner-risk arrangement.
Any claim will be subject to the applicable insurance policy, declared value, supporting documents, terms of the booking and applicable law.
No claim should be assumed to be payable merely because goods are damaged or lost. The eligibility and settlement of any claim will depend on the applicable risk and insurance terms.
12. Damage, Loss and Claims
In the event of loss or damage, the customer should notify Safe Packers and Movers as soon as reasonably possible and provide supporting information such as:
Booking or shipment reference
Photographs or videos
Description of the damaged or missing item
Purchase invoice or proof of value, where required
Repair estimate or invoice, where applicable
Any other documents reasonably required for claim assessment
Claims will be reviewed according to the applicable booking terms, declared value, insurance arrangement and supporting documentation.
The maximum liability, where applicable, will be subject to the agreed terms and applicable law.
13. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be communicated in the quotation or booking confirmation and may vary depending on the type of service and customer.
The customer agrees to make payments within the agreed timeframe.
Additional charges arising from services requested after booking, changed requirements or actual site conditions may be payable separately.
Failure to make payments when due may result in suspension of services, withholding of delivery or other action permitted under the applicable agreement and law.
14. Taxes and Government Charges
Applicable taxes, GST, tolls, entry fees, parking charges, municipal charges, permits and other government or regulatory charges may be payable as specified in the quotation or as applicable to the movement.
Where such charges are not included in the original quotation, they may be charged separately where applicable.
15. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Customers should inform Safe Packers and Movers as early as possible if they wish to cancel or reschedule a booking.
Cancellation or rescheduling charges, if any, may depend on:
Notice period
Services already performed
Packing material consumed
Labour deployed
Vehicle arranged
Transportation booked
Other expenses already incurred
Any applicable refund will be processed according to the agreed booking terms.
16. Storage and Warehousing
Where goods are placed in storage or warehousing, separate storage terms and charges may apply.
Customers must provide accurate information regarding the goods stored.
Storage charges may depend on factors including:
Space occupied
Duration of storage
Nature of goods
Handling requirements
Loading and unloading requirements
Special storage conditions
Goods may be subject to applicable storage and payment terms.
17. International Shipments
International relocation and courier services may be subject to:
Customs regulations
Import and export laws
Destination-country requirements
Documentation requirements
Duties and taxes
Inspection
Port or terminal charges
Restrictions on specific goods
The customer is responsible for providing accurate documentation and information required for the shipment.
Delivery timelines for international shipments may vary due to customs clearance, documentation, carrier schedules and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
18. Courier and E-commerce Logistics
Domestic and international courier and e-commerce logistics services may be subject to separate carrier, shipment, weight, dimension, destination and service-specific terms.
Delivery times are estimates unless a specific service guarantee has been expressly provided in writing.
Certain locations, products or shipment categories may be subject to additional restrictions or charges.
19. Third-Party Service Providers
To provide certain services, Safe Packers and Movers may work with transportation partners, logistics providers, warehouses, courier companies, insurance providers and other service partners.
Where third-party services are used, their applicable operational terms may also apply.
20. Delays and Force Majeure
Safe Packers and Movers will make reasonable efforts to provide services according to the agreed schedule.
However, we will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
Natural disasters
Severe weather
Floods
Fire
Accidents
Traffic restrictions
Road closures
Government restrictions
Strikes or labour disruptions
Riots or civil disturbances
War or similar events
Pandemic-related restrictions
Vehicle breakdowns
Customs delays
Other unforeseen operational circumstances
In such circumstances, delivery or service timelines may be reasonably extended.

Following applicable building, transport and safety requirements
Informing us about special handling requirements
Customer cooperation helps us provide the service efficiently.
